Andy Sandler, CPC is the Managing Partner of the Sandler Group; a retained executive search firm exclusively serving healthcare organizations throughout the United States.  He provides overall leadership of the firm’s search operations, directing both the business development and fulfillment process.  Andy guide’s The Sandler Group’s vision and values and assures that the firm’s processes and efforts translate into measurable value for every client.

Andy has an impressive track record in leading successful searches and building executive teams in diverse industries and functional specializations.  He has personally completed more than 130 recruiting engagements over the past decade at all executive levels.  His clients range from entrepreneurial and venture-backed start-ups to multibillion-dollar corporations.  With a strong specialization in senior management acquisition, Andy provides retained direct recruitment of C-level executives and directors for both privately held and publicly traded healthcare organizations. 

Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University.
