Cliff Miras is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Cornerstone Search Group. Cliff started his career in the professional search industry in 1983.

Prior to joining the search industry, Cliff worked as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for a Fortune 500 company (Florida Progress Corporation), a leading management consulting firm (Booz | Allen | Hamilton), and a leading NJ CPA Firm (Wiss & Company).

Cliff holds a BS degree in Business Administration and a BA degree in Economics from Montclair State University. He is an active member of several national and international search industry associations, and he is also a member of the recruiting industry’s national premier consortium of top recruiters, the Pinnacle Society.
