What is IRSA? |
The International Retained Search Association was established as a collaborative forum to educate members. IRSA achieves these goals by providing an environment where members set the agenda on relative issues affecting individual practices and focuses exclusively on pertinent issues involving recruiters engaged in retained search. The members of the IRSA are retained search professionals who maintain the highest ethical standards, provide their clients with exceptional services to ensure their clients the opportunity to grow and prosper. Our members are invited retained search professionals who have demonstrated the highest ethical standards and are or have been leaders of their firm. The Purpose of Irsa IRSA was founded in 2006 to provide a forum for retained search recruiters to share ideas, thoughts, and perspectives related to the business of retained executive search.
